Schedule of scheduled works
Requirements to operation of the car
By drawing up the present maintenance manuals the firm manufacturer proceeded from a condition of the normal operation of the car providing transportation of passengers and freights across roads with satisfactory condition of a paving within the operational norms specified in the plate strengthened on a door of the driver.

Scheduled works
The description of the operations of maintenance listed in Graphics of scheduled works is given below. When performing scheduled works replace all details specified in instructions and make the required repairs. When performing lubricant operations apply lubricants and special liquids to increase in durability of work of knots, mechanisms and units only of the recommended brands.
After the run the car of 40 thousand km observe the frequency of maintenance recommended in the above-stated Schedule.

Check of driving belts
If for the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering, the compressor for air conditioning and the generator the special belt is provided, check its tension, wear degree as a result of friction, lack of gaps and, depending on results of survey, adjust its tension or replace.

Replacement of engine oil and oil filter
For replacement it is necessary to use only the high-quality energy saving, having the required viscosity oil of the SF/CC or SF/CD brand. Oils of the new SQ brand differ in higher quality. Marking of oils of this group can consist of two letters SG or a combination of letters, for example: SG/CC, SG/CD, SF, SG, CC, etc.

Requirements to viscosity of engine oil
Fuel consumption and overall performance of the engine in cold weather conditions substantially depends on viscosity of the applied engine oil. Engine oil of the lowered viscosity allows to cut fuel consumption and promotes higher overall performance of the engine at operation of the car in cold climatic conditions. However the warm climate requires more viscous oil for lubricant improvement in use. Use of oils, excellent on viscosity from recommended, can lead to damage of the engine.

Care of the cooling system
Merge cooling liquid, wash out system and replace cooling liquid.

Replacement of the filter of thin purification of fuel
The fuel filter needs to be replaced through each 20 thousand km of a run of the car. It is established on the right side of a body near the fuel tank.

Replacement of the air filter
The air filter is subject to replacement through each 20 thousand km of a run of the car. At operation of the car in the conditions of the increased content of dust more frequent replacement of the air filter is recommended.

Pulling up of fixing bolts of throttle knot
Check an inhaling of bolts and nuts. The m is recommended to tighten fixing bolts and nuts of throttle knot only through 10 thousand km of a run the moment of an inhaling of 17 N •.

Replacement of spark plugs
When replacing it is necessary to use the following spark plugs:
– type: AC R45XLS;
– a gap between electrodes: 1,1–1,2 mm.

Survey of high-voltage wires of spark plugs
Before survey clear wires and check their state to be convinced of lack of an obgoraniye, gaps and other damages of isolation. Check density of landing of tips of wires in nests of the distributor and for spark plugs. If necessary replace wires.

Service of the brake system of the car
Check blocks of disk brakes through each 10 thousand km of a run, but at least once in 6 months. Check overlays of brake shoes of drum brakes through each 20 thousand km or once a year. During survey carefully check thickness of blocks and frictional slips and if necessary replace them. Check an air vent in a cover of a filling tank to be convinced of lack of a contamination and easy access of air.

Service of the transmission
Gearbox oil in the mechanical transmission does not demand replacement. For the automatic transmission change oil and the filter through each 30 thousand km of a run or times in 3 years.

Survey and shift of wheels

Check a condition of tires for definition of degree of wear of protectors and identification of damages. It is recommended to make shift of wheels for ensuring uniform wear and extension of service life of tires, as shown in fig. 2.5. At the accelerated or uneven wear of tires it is necessary to check balancing and a condition of wheels. At dismantle of wheels it is recommended to examine the brake system.
